• Ride details — pickup location, destination, date and time, number of passengers, ride type, and any notes you include with a request.
• Payment status — when you pay with PayPal, we record the ride's payment status (awaiting payment, paid, failed, or cancelled) and a PayPal payment reference so your ride can be confirmed. We never see or store your full card details — payment card information is handled entirely by PayPal.
• Notifications — in-app alerts about your ride (fares, confirmations, status changes), and whether you have read them.

• To create and manage your rider account.
• To review, quote, and manage the ride you requested.
• To contact you about your ride — by text, email, or phone — when needed.
• To confirm your payment and keep a record of completed rides.
• To send you notifications about your own rides. We never use your information to advertise to you.

• You can view and update your account details on the Account screen.
• You can sign out at any time from the Account screen.
• Browser notification alerts are optional — you only receive them if you enable them, and you can turn them off in your browser settings.
• You can request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing us.

BluPrnce may send informational text messages to customers who have provided their phone number and opted in to receive SMS messages. These messages may include ride confirmations, appointment and scheduling reminders, ride updates, changes to ride arrangements, customer service communications, and other information related to requested transportation services.

Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service providers, is permitted.
